The Trust Competencies Development Plan (TCDP) Certification provides a trust-building strategy that will enable you to move towards authenticity in your work environment and balance your emotional and behavioural responses in any work context.

The Course fee includes 1 TCDP report. 

When you pay the course fee, you are also paying for you own TCDP, which you will use during the 2 Zoom sessions and during your coaching sessions with your team. As it is a robust trust assessment, the structural behavioral component embedded within will be helpful in the coaching sessions with your team. The fee also includes 2 Zoom Meetings and several trust building tools.

The TCDP reports for your certification project are charged separately.

Depending how many people you want to involve in your certification project, you need to budget the total amount for them, in addition to the course fee. 1 TCDP report costs 50 USD - for your final project, we recommend you use a group of 3 - 4 people.  More details will be provided by your instructor.

Duration

The certification lasts for 6 weeks, including 12 - 15 hours of course work. The time allocated to your certification project depends on your own planning and availability.
