Why Get Certified as an Advanced Trust Facilitator?

  • Learn how to create trust building strategies for yourself and others

The Advanced Trust Facilitator Certification has both self-study and webinar components. You will go deeper into the Pillar of Trust and learn to use different frameworks that will help you create trust building strategies for yourself and others. You will also learn how to use the six trust styles optimally and address more complex team trust facilitation challenges.
  • Trust and distrust affect all relationships. You will develop new trust facilitation and coaching skills that will help you address low trust.

We are in the midst of an era where uncertainty is the norm so trust is especially important at work. More and more employees are working remotely, being trusted to get their work done. Teams are virtual, people don't know if or when they will be laid off. Solving engagement, inclusion, leadership, rebranding, reinvention, and performance challenges should start with building trust and connection, which are at the heart of the Advanced Trust Facilitator Certification.
  • Add Trust Building Tools to Your Coaching Toolkit

As with the TSI certification, this advanced course is based on the proprietary Interconnectivity, Flow, and Balance℠ methodology. Some of the topics included in this advanced certification: Revisiting the Pillar of Trust foundation; The science of trust; Exploring how you trust; Trust willingness and trustworthiness; Breaking through your trust barriers; Creating your trust strategy; Understanding the trust styles (Webinar); Cultivating team trust (Webinar); Establishing Cultural Transformation Roles and What to do when trust is not possible.

Instructor and Coach

Yvette Bethel

As a cultural transformation and IFB change consultant, emotional intelligence practitioner, trainer, internationally recognized thought leader, AWARD WINNING author, and CEO at Organizational Soul, Yvette Bethel understands the people side of organizations and how to effectively bring together the corporate vision of business with the know-how of the staff. She encourages personal and professional growth through improved leadership competencies, organizational structures, emotional intelligence and trust.
The Trust Style Inventory (TSI) is a validated psychometric instrument co-authored by Six Seconds and Yvette Bethel. It is unique because unlike trust assessments that provide scores that lead to defensiveness for some, it provides respondents with a style that has both strengths and challenge areas. In this way, the TSI helps people to become self-aware when it comes to trust and how they impact others.
